Sometimes the most important thing a camera provides is proof.

In our HOA community, homeowners had experienced ongoing issues with the lawn maintenance company damaging property around homes. A Blink camera installed at my own home captured a riding lawn mower striking my backflow equipment. The impact damaged the equipment and water immediately began spraying from the line. The mower operator continued driving without reporting the incident.

Approximately an hour later, another lawn-maintenance employee noticed the water pooling around the area and alerted me. When I contacted the lawn maintenance company about the damage, they initially declined responsibility without proof. Fortunately, the Blink camera captured what happened. After providing the video and following up with the company, I was ultimately reimbursed for the cost of repairing the damage.

The camera didn’t prevent the incident. It documented it. And when proof mattered, the video showed exactly what happened.
